Då var det dags att skriva några rader om Hop Ensemble, en DIPA jag bryggde för ett tag sedan. Ville ha den ljus och torr, den blev inte så ljus men relativt torr även om jag inte nådde riktigt dit jag ville. Så jag kommer fortsätta att gå mot ljusare maltsorter och ingen eller mycket lite karamellmalt för att få till något i stil med Executioner IPA och Nebuchadnezzar. Hur som helst, här är några tankar om ölet.
